Spacious but bad maintenance
Pros
The apartments are spacious.
Cons
The renovations were done haphazardly. The contracted pretty much evaded all responsibility during the renovation, the materials used are cheap and everything falls apart.

Despicable living conditions
Pros
Fellow neighbors who will not allowed their human rights to be continually threatened
Cons
Landlord not interested in building maintenance only want to pocket money and do NO REPAIRS
