Great place if you like low-touch landlords
Pros
Landlord is pretty much MIA, which we like. Also the price is good for the space.
Cons
Messy, some rats/bugs, hot water is slow, not great insulation so utilities aren’t cheap. Landlord doesn’t do much landscaping so front/backyards are messy.
