Great at first super is rude

Owner is nice and responsive

The buildings super is rude, building is unclean and the super is unresponsive

Building needs some TLC
Pros
Small building and eight families per unit.
Cons
The building is filthy with bugs, smells bad, water bugs and mice. Windows are old and need new windows and screens.
Advice to the owners
Please have the super do his job and mop and clean the building.
