What I’ve learned about this property
Pros
I like the amount of space you get for the apartment. Pet friendly and I can access the roof.
Cons
Management are not as responsive. Electrical issues, rodent and insect issues left unresolved, theft issues, hallways are DISGUSTING, garbage area attracts rodents, creeps on the 3rd floor.

Good sunlight and high ceilings in some units
Cons
No maintenance, no communication from landlord or off-premise super, abundant pests, refusal to return security deposit or give rent relief during covid

Follow the city/state laws at a mimimum
