Good rent controlled building
Pros
Responsive management and well kept apartments.
Cons
The basement wasn’t well kept. The trash room was sometimes over flowing with trash and the laundry room had some faulty machines. Packages would get stolen from the foyer frequently.
Advice to the owners
More maintenance is needed in the basement.
