Affordable, close to Sterling St 2/5 and Prospect Park

Cons

Mice, roaches, gas leaks, incredibly thin walls (could hear upstairs neighbor's iPhone alarm)

Advice to the owners

Better pest control (actually seal cracks that pests come in from as opposed to just spraying liquid insecticide everywhere)
