Decent building, mostly clean
Pros
super keeps common areas clean and is responsive
Cons
a few noisy neighbors, pest control difficult to get ahold of if you work out of the house as they never give you enough notice to take off work

The stairs are not long
Cons
On the 4th floor people on the lower floors drop garbage in the hallway on the 4th floor
Advice to the owners
Keep up with maintenance, the hallways stink in the apartment the ceiling is crack and you need to upgrade you’re appliances
