Disgusting and Horrible
Pros
Quiet building and not bothered by others
Cons
Disgusting smells, lack of security, horrible water pressure and sewage, packages stolen, inconsistent internet, outdated appliances, overall smell that infiltrates your clothes and life, depressing and will severely impact your mental health
Advice to the owners
Not once was responsive to our concerns and left the property in overall horrible condition. Completely dissatisfied with my experience and will be moving out sooner than expected.

Loved the quiet building, nice space, appliances, clean hallways and staircases. Nice and frequent trash management
Cons
Low ceilings but nothing can be done about that. Fire alarms frequently going off.
