Management is unresponsive and lots of building issues
Pros
No mice, some but minimal roaches (6th floor) Laundry reliable
Cons
Heat and hot water being out has happened 5+ times per year Elevator currently broken as of Feb 2024 Management unresponsive about issues Low water pressure Water takes 10 mins to heat up Intercom down once per week

Get a new management company

Fine and small space, new owner kinda sucks

Great location, pretty quiet
Cons
Small units, the new owner is barely responsive. The hot water was barely hot. Hallways were rarely cleaned.
