Clean, quiet - feel safe here.

Water Damage, mold.

Seems there is pretty severe water damage throughout the building

Pros
Really great building. Modern amenities No issue with packages or plumbing
Cons
Biggest issue is distance road subway and folks across the street who can be quite loud.
