Horrible up keep and no response from management ever

Superintendent is responsive.
Cons
Cleanliness, owner does not answer calls/emails, noisy and erratic neighbors.

Be more hands on with your property.

The building is unsafe.

Nothing at all
Cons
The building is a fire hazard. Is not being clean, garbage not being picked up. A lot of people with COVID Drug activity in the building.
