Nice, Private Apartment
Pros
My neighbors are quiet. The apartment is nice. Gets a great amount of light. There’s a courtyard of the neighbors want to use it.
Cons
The appliances could use an update. No washer or dryer hookups or available in any of the basements.
Advice to the owners
If possible, look into making at least one of the basements a washer and dryer zone.
