Cons
Landlord doesn’t clean the building, doesn’t take care of the front garden, doesn’t take care of the garbage. The building has no heating system. The AC units, when switched to heating mode, waste about&over $600 in the winter months and don’t heat up the floor. Landlord won’t be responsive to repairs and when she does, she will send someone unexperienced to work on the apartment. There’s also a major problem of water in the boiling room that will damage the building. The landlord has evicted two tenants at least, illegally.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your building and the good tenants you have had.
