It is close to my campus and a shopping mart. Waterr pressure on the shower is great. Mario is good.
Sometimes there can be insects. Water in the sink is bad, sometimes it literally turns brown. Depending in the apartment the appliances are pretty bad.
It's fine, just upgrade some appliances.
