Its fine. Not the most glamourous apartment, but its a good price and a good size for what you pay

maintenance takes a while to get things done

Outdoor space on the 3rd floor Across from the park Great living room
Cons
Tiny kitchen Had mice the entire time with no help Gross stairs Bedroom so so small Apartment slanted so stuff rolled So far from the subway
