Great space, terrible landlord

Great super, wonderful neighbors.
Cons
The landlord is awful, quite frankly one of the worst ones. Tauber properties suck.

Overall LOVE
Pros
Well kept, laundry in building, great area and the office is right across the street should you need anything. Trash is easy to take on the street.
Cons
I always had quick responses when I emailed the repairs email, however when I needed other information or questions I had a hard time getting ahold of someone or getting an email response from the office emails. But overall anytime there was an issue it was addressed quickly.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to emails coming to the office. Overall loved the apartment.
