favorite building ever
Pros
really loved my time there - everyone was very nice (including the next door neighbors), building was clean, landlord was responsive. the building was well-maintained and i never really had any issues with roaches, pests, noise, or much of anything.
Cons
it's an older building, so the plumbing wasn't tiptop - the toilet was a bit finnicky sometimes but it was always resolvable and if there was an issue we couldn't solve, the landlord would consult a plumber. we were also towards the top of the building so it got warm.
