Great Apartment Building
Pros
Beautiful townhouse, only 3 apartments. Very well maintained. Newly renovated.
Cons
There was a small issue with steam heating that was quickly resolved by the landlord.
Advice to the owners
Owner is a great landlord, very responsive is always there to help and takes care of any issues immediately.
