Big living room, separated kitchen, high ceilings, pet friendly

Too hot in the winter, pretty noisy, can hear neighbors, no laundry

Beware of roaches

Cons
ROACHES EVERYWHERE - in the hallway, in the apartment. They’d come out in the light. I lived in fear for the duration of my entire lease. Appliances not updated in unit, no dishwasher. Building is not clean or well maintained. I personally vacuumed the floors in the hallway bc there were dead roaches.
Advice to the owners
Get cockroach problem under control. I am traumatized for life
