A nice apartment
Pros
Good value, quiet apartment on a side street. Skylights made everything feel open.
Cons
Water pressure in the shower dissipated over time. It was fixed however. No central AC but it’s NYC.. not happening lol.

Landlord doesn’t fix need to clean the building

Advice to the owners
Fix my bathroom that leaks downstairs, connects radiators from bathroom and bedroom. Also clean the building and garbage area. Fix the two front doors entering the building and paint again the hallway
