Stay Away!

Pros

Cheap room. That’s it.

Cons

These owners are dishonest and not to be trusted. Mice poop, when asked if there was a rodent problem they said they already took care of it. Of course after first night sleeping there, mice could be heard everywhere! I had many sleepless nights sadly. Only lasted two months in this shitty place. Dirty room with things left from previous tenant. They said they would take everything out and clear the room and didn’t do anything. When dirty items were put outside upon move in day, owner charged for the nasty items left by the previous person and took it out of the deposit. Upon arguing about their shady ways, they called their father who threatened a lawsuit. The building is in disrepair and the owners are clearly just renting out rooms to make money off this decrepit building.

Advice to the owners

Try being honest.
