Very sunny. Responsive landlord and super. Central air.

dekalb ave is nice
Pros
i love how much space there is, and having a dishwasher and two balconies is really nice!
Cons
i dont love that there is no storage space (no internal closets) and the bedroom closets are small. maintenance sometimes takes a while to respond.
