Elevator, New Appliances, parking
Cons
Elevator always breaks. Landlord is impossible to work with and extremely rude. The builder cut corners all around this building and it shows. There are always smokers by the front door and weird people hanging out in the foyer. Also, No flexible covid options
Advice to the owners
Stay away. There are cheaper alternatives with better amenities nearby. Avoid this building and landlord
