Nice lighting, quiet.
Cons
Mice and cockroaches yes BUT I lived here for 2 months only and - the landlord went into the unit without cause or notice 4 times while I was home and wasn’t. - He smokes inside every day even though it’s a non smoking building in the lease. - Threatened to kick me out for asking for repairs, - harassed me by calling me about 1x a day and demanding that I answer every call. - He lives downstairs and has a reputation in the neighborhood and doesn’t take any responsibility as he “is the owner not a landlord”. I’ve had 20 landlords and it says a lot that I moved after 2 months and lost thousands of dollars to just get out of there.
Advice to the owners
Do not rent out your property.
