Pros
Responsive landlord, close to many subways, near the river park, good neighborhood
Cons
Lots of cockroach issues, heat went out multiple times, very noisy at night (had to sleep with earplugs)

Responsive maintenance & super. clean.
Cons
in the summer it's pretty loud outside with people hanging out on 148th. sometimes someone will be hotboxing the entrance.
