The only good thing is the space
Pros
Great neighborhood, good transportation, and parking, and the only neighbor is your landlord
Cons
Landlord includes the wife and kids and it's like a game of telephone. The buzzer doesn't work. It’s boiling hot in the summer and than freezing (only front bedroom).
