Love this apartment
Pros
Great neighborhood, close to the train and multiple bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and there are 10 bodegas in a 3-block radius. Landlord is very responsive to any issues that may arise.
Cons
The garbage bins outside are too small which causes garbage to build up and not be properly removed on garbage day. Heat for entire building is controlled by the first floor unit. Not ideal for package delivery.
