Cute place, good location, bad management
Pros
location rent stabilized dishwasher washer/dryer
Cons
hope you never need repairs or anything from management. terrible to get a hold of and talk to you like you’re a child. they did not follow nyc housing laws

Pretty good in Park Slope
Pros
- small building - had in-unit washer dryer - had dishwasher - great location - some units have backyard access
Cons
- management is kinda slimy/abrasive for no reason, and hit and miss for fixing issues - no stoop or outdoor area if you aren’t in the 2 apartments with backyard access
Advice to the owners
Be nicer to tenants. It’s ok to be pleasant.
