Great location but horrible building upkeep
Pros
Great location and quiet neighbors
Cons
Building is infested with mice. Exterminator comes monthly but doesn’t do much to control the situation. Building management ignores complaints from tenants Building hallways are never maintained, floors are always disgusting.

Maintain the building better

Cons
Small apartment Issue with sublease; was illegally locked out of our apartment. Items were still there.
