Overpriced
Pros
The unit had 3 rooms all with closet space and a nice sized living room. The super was always available when needed.
Cons
The kitchen was small with outdated appliances. The Land lord made all 3 of us leave when only 1 room mate wanted to move out.
Advice to the owners
Work with tenants who want to stay in the unit.

A decent landlord in NYC!
Pros
Well maintained. Very clean. No bugs. Apartments are spacious and fully renovated.
Cons
Noise! Very loud neighbors who play music, sing karaoke and move furniture at all hours of the night.
