Rent is cheap.
Cons
Mostly everything. The block is crazy loud in the summer. Be prepared to be up till 4 or 5 AM. Even in the fall and spring people are outside talking loud or playing music at like 8 AM on the weekends. Management is practically unresponsive. The whole experience was a huge headache.
Advice to the owners
Maintain the building properly. Get rid of the rat problem outside. The whole block is being overrun by rats. Get a better management company and better contractors.
