Super and his family are very warm and responsive

Older building; maintenance to appliances will be needed

Great building and apartments
Pros
Lovely building with good and spacious apartments. Good location and responsive super.
Cons
There was a rat problem in the laundry/trash room which seems to have been mostly or entirely sorted out.
