Lots of space, good neighbors
Pros
- Space - Water Pressure - Big (unfinished) roof - Friendly neighbors
Cons
- No laundry - No dishwasher - Occasional cigarette smoke - Pests (eventually were taken care of by landlord) - Heat has been off/on when it’s cold (sometimes need to bundle up inside)
Advice to the owners
- Routine professional pest services - Check the heating system - Touch up the basement/front door entrance
