Rats EVERYWHERE however my cat kept them at bay in my apartment

If you have the money you'll have a good place to stay for a while.
Pros
Whenever something needs to be fixed they are responsive and get to it within a day or two.
Cons
Rats in the basement every few months and the flys come to the main entry hallway. The rats use to be way worse. THEY RAISED THE RENT OVER $750 DOLLARS! They would not negotiate at all on the renewal. Everyone has moved out because of this.
Advice to the owners
We are people and not just money. Raising the rent over 750 bucks is insane, your already making a profit stop being greedy.
