Nice for couple

Pros

Cute apartment very close to everything South Slope offers. Great view from outdoors overlooking Brooklyn.

Cons

Street was dirty and closest subway stop is a homeless enclave.

Advice to the owners

Make improvements! Update something. Cost kept going up but no improvements.
