Mostly good some bad
Pros
The super is very nice and want to help.
Cons
Can be really noisy and when the front door doesnt lock there are random people in the lobby and a lot of package theft. The laundry room often has a lot of dirty and broken machines

Wonderful building with charm and community

Some noise levels on weekends.
