Best building mgt Ive ever had in NYC
Pros
Full building cleaning on the daily: includes vacuuming, mopping and garbage maintenance. Mgt is extremely responsive its almost unheard of in NYC
Cons
Not the newest appliances but typical for a rental.
Advice to the owners
Nothing, you guys are truly the best.

Great place to live
Pros
The building is well maintained and the super is so kind! They respond really fast and take care of the apartment building really well.
Cons
6th floor walk up and the water is shut down a lot for maintenance. Usually only for a few hours though.
