Terrible landlord, avoid if you can
Pros
Nice enough building but it's not worth dealing with this landlord.
Cons
She's a stereotypical terrible NYC landlord. Wouldn't fix things. Power goes out constantly and she refused to turn it back on, even in 95 degree summer heat. The building is owned by a greek couple who own tons of buildings in the area and they are rude and hostile. Also she terminated my lease and stole my security deposit and claimed I damaged a broken window that was broken by her contractor.
Advice to the owners
Get bent.
