Great location, but can’t say same about building
Pros
I love the fact that I am steps away from 7,N,E,M va and God knows more trains and busses, lost of business around , building itself not much to like

Finding parking approximately an houri
Advice to the owners
The people on charge of the building, really need to do their job

Rental for 1 bedroom apartment

Walking, Close to restaurants

AC didn’t work well, expensive parking, hard to get stuff fixed, expensive heating in winter
Advice to the owners
Fix the ac unit in bedroom so it’s not hot!
