Comfortable and quiet
Pros
During my time here, management has fixed most issues in previous reviews. Only thing left (very small issue) is issues with water pressure and drainage. Management and super are very responsive to requests and questions. Had a lot of renovations going on, management was communicated these plenty ahead of time. No concern over pests. Other residents seemed friendly and nice.
Cons
Windows are only single-paned, so if your bedroom door faces the highway, expect some noise, especially loud motorbikes.
Advice to the owners
Maybe next round of renovations can focus on sound proofing if possible and improving drainage
