Nice building in bad area
Pros
Our landlord was great Had nice courtyard and roof Newer building on the block
Cons
Surrounded by the hood Small units Some neighbors are disrespectful
Advice to the owners
Focus on noise issues and make sure the super does his job, sometimes he skips clean up or takes forever to repakr

Good first apartment

Great location, apartment was good and clean when given to us.

No amenities and not the cleanest of buildings
