Love/Hate relationship

Pros

It's in a beautiful area. Waterfront and large parks close by. Easy access to highway. Low crime.

Cons

Apartments are old. Hallways are old looking and dirty. Front door lock keeps being vandalized. Windows are no good. Loud noise from restaurant and traffic.

Disgusting building

I didn’t like anything!!!! At all!!!

Cons

Awful building very very difficult to leave here!!! Is building there are so many roaches mice many other mosquitoes! Near the building every time i saw big rats 🤦🏻‍♀️ its disgusting... and so one... dont live in this building please🙏

Advice to the owners

Managment improve ur attention to this building!!!!
