- Very close to the subway (Sound) - Paragon (Sound) - Shoddy build - Optimum refuses to repair internet service
Advice to the owners
Hold Optimum by the balls and make them fix the Apartment systems. Tenants can't get infrastructure fixes from the internet provider. Not Property Owner issue but makes it a living hell for the Tenants. They played ring around the Rosie with me for 10 months.

Poor response time from management Did not fix entryway keypad for a month in winter and we could not access building/mail lost and packages stolen because their solution was to unlock the entryway door
Advice to the owners
Fix things when it has to do with tenants safety.
