Near transit, roof access, good neighbors, stairwell cleaned weekly
Cons
One washing machine, slippery stairs, kitchen is a hallway
Advice to the owners
Take the cover off the laundry coin slot, the app is awful

Exposed brick, tall and spacious apartment with regular pest control
Cons
Maintenance takes a while to respond, sometimes the neighbors can be loud but 70% of the time it's manageable
