Horrible Management.
Pros
Small building with little tenants
Cons
Owners of the building were HORRIBLE. Pest everywhere, rats running through trash all on the block. Management fixed nothing in the apartment.
Advice to the owners
DONT NEGLECT YOUR TENANTS.

Old building that need repairs
Pros
The stairs are clean sometimes and the garbage is organized.
Cons
The building is old (so some places in the apartment theres led )and sometimes it takes a long time to get something fix inside the apartment.
Advice to the owners
The stairs should be clean everyday or at least 3 times a week.
