Spacious units, loud location

Pros

Very spacious apartment and nicely laid out apartments

Cons

No closets in living areas. Floors are very warped. Bond St is loud due to construction. No buzzer system for front door of building. Front door of unit is not high quality.

Pest issues, noisy neighbors, super hot in summer, uneven floors.

Advice to the owners

Renovate the building a bit. You are making enough from the rent.
