Rent stabilized (our unit). Most neighbors help each other out.
Cons
Mail is in unlocked portion of entry. Cameras are questionable. Caught multiple people sleeping in stairwells. Shoddy repairs when asked… if he ever responds
Advice to the owners
Hire a permanent super to handle all the things a building of 50 units needs. Answer the phone or respond to messages left with office.
