Dysfunctional apartment building masquerading as luxury
Pros
Lots of natural light from big windows, "fancy" appliances, keyless entry, location (corner)
Cons
Management (including super), virtually no upkeep has been done on appliances so they're all in bad shape
Advice to the owners
Lessen the load of buildings your super has so he has enough time to be present for each one.

Worst service I have experienced in renting
Pros
There's not too much to like. The location is good, but it can get loud.
Cons
Maintenance and support. There's a lack of service when you need something. I had to call 311 multiple times until they got back to me.
Advice to the owners
Literally respond to email, texts, and calls. Don't complain about parties calling 311 to report you and ask us not to call 311 to solve.
