Great building with a few cons
Pros
Clean, beautiful apartments, decent gym, good laundry situation, super is always available, nice rooftop, great natural light.
Cons
The noise in this building is INSANE. You can hear absolutely everything and the neighbors are so loud. This is ultimately why I moved out.
