Relatively quiet considering the street below is busy. Very responsive management to maintenance requests
Cons
Me and neighbors have super high utilities ($500 a month in winter) - due to very poorly insulated windows

Good proximity to subway, friendly neighbors
Cons
Ceiling leaked due to clogged drainage pipe on roof, landlord was not very responsive during this time. A few roaches were seen in kitchen, landlord was slow to respond for exterminator.
